An Open Educational Resource (OER) Textbook
The history of World Civilizations is so vast that it has always been a course with great dichotomy: easy due to the abundance of material, and difficult for the same reason. My mind as a historian started when I first taught this course: What do we study? Why is it important? Do we linearly view world civilizations? The answer to the last question is simple: not for me. I have broken my courses down into categories — women, law, government, faith, and so much more. That is my approach, and this project will reflect that. I hope you enjoy.
